Superseded on 2026-07-11. This page previously described an Instructor/Executor/Judge ledger framework that no longer exists in this repository.

The maintained implementation is a smaller two-role loop:

one fresh Supervisor chooses a typed task;
one fresh Executor performs the leased task;
deterministic compilers and a SQLite Memory Kernel own canonical state;
the external unified-agent package adapts Claude Code and Codex;
there is no mandatory judge, RAG layer, speculative backlog, or parallel scheduler.
